Scavenger Hunt Activity Introduction

If you are not new to project management then you already know that there are a lot of documents used in project management and being highly organized and resourceful is extremely important to your success. If you are new to project management you will quickly learn that those two characteristics are a key to success. You will need to understand the concept of being resourceful and documenting your findings. You will quickly figure out that being organized makes your documentation that much more effective by not wasting time searching for files.

Scavenger Hunt Activity Instructions

  1. Be sure you have your Google Drive set up as instructed in Module 1 of this pre-work.

  2. Navigate to this folder and search for the items listed in step 3 in the subfolders

    • As you find the items make a copy of them by right clicking on the file and choosing Make a Copy. The files will automatically save to your drive. (See screenshots below) IMAGE_PLACEHOLDER IMAGE_PLACEHOLDER
  3. Items to find:

    • Technical Project Management Resources_Career Services
    • TPM Prework: Learn to Use G Suite
    • Unit 1 Glossary
    • Unit 2 Glossary
    • Unit 3 Glossary
  4. After copying all of the documents to your drive:

    • Return to the Module 5 - Google Drive Scavenger Hunt file that you copied to your drive.
    • Add the link to each file you copied to your drive to the corresponding file name on your document.
    • Upload the link to your document to Bootcamp Spot, our Learning Management System, once you have access.
